We'd be glad to call in a prescription refill for you.
If you have a prescription that needs to be refilled - and is not a narcotic or a sedative - you may request the refill through our website by completing and submitting the form below.
When we receive your request, we will check your patient chart and ask the doctor or nurse practitioner to approve your request. We will call you and let you know either that your prescription has been called in to the pharmacy or if it will be necessary for the doctor to speak with you prior to approving your request.
Please make sure you have include a daytime telephone number so we can call you. If you have not heard back from us by 4:30 weekdays, please call our office at 978-256-1858 to verify that we have received your request.
Please keep in mind that if you submit a request after business hours (after 4:30 p.m. weekdays), or on weekends or holidays, we will process your request during the next business day. Thank you.
