Welcome to WomanHealth
We appreciate the opportunity to participate in your health care. During your office visits, we make a special effort to explain everything to you regarding your condition, prescribed medications, and plan of treatment. Please ask us if you have questions, or if something is not clear to you. We also look forward to any comments or suggestions you may have about our web site and our practice. Please feel free to contact our office if you have any questions or concerns regarding your health, medications or treatment. In addition, our office staff can assist you with questions regarding appointments, insurance or billing.

Driving Directions
Appointments can be scheduled through our main telephone number: (978) 256-1858. All patients are seen by appointment only. New patients should arrive 30 minutes in advance of their scheduled appointment time to complete necessary registration forms. To save time, you can register in advance through our patient portal, managed by digiChart, click here. If you have problems with the digiChart web site or login, please call us during normal office hours. If you are running late for your appointment, please call ahead. If you are more than 15 minutes late, our policy is to reschedule your appointment, but if you call ahead, we’ll make every effort to accommodate you. If you need to cancel your appointment, please call us as soon as possible so that someone else can be treated during that time.
Emergency Care
If you have an emergency, call the office right away, and we will arrange to provide the needed care.

If it is after office hours, the answering service will page one of the physicians. On-call coverage is provided by one of our board-certified physicians. We have admitting privileges at Lowell General Hospital.
Phone Service
In order to help expedite your call, please listen to the menu and press appropriate number. Please understand that during busy times, you will be requested to leave a voicemail with your name, phone number and the nature of the call. If your call is urgent and is not returned within 1-2 hours, please call again. If it is not urgent, such as a prescription refill, please allow 24 hours for a return call. If you do not receive a call back within 24 hours, please call again.
Phone Blocks
If you have a phone block, you may not get a timely return phone call from the doctor. Most phone lines in the hospital cannot be unblocked, delaying your doctor's ability to call you back. So please remove the block on your phone when you are expecting a return call from your doctor!
About Insurance
We share your concern about the cost of medical care and participate in a number of managed care programs. Please let our receptionist know which health plan you are affiliated with, and be sure to bring your insurance card so that we may place a copy of it in your chart. If your health plan should change while you are a patient, please let us know so we can update our records. Please remember: You will be responsible for paying your co-payment, deductible, or other balance not covered by your policy. If your plan is not listed, please call our billing office for more information.
